Payment Information: Full payment is due prior to classes and workshops or when jeep tour reservations are made. |

| What to bring: For outdoor activities sunscreen, sunglasses and hats are recommended. Please wear hiking boots or comfortable walking shoes and outdoor clothing. Layers are recommended. Please bring water and also an energy bar or small snack if wanted. No glass containers are allowed on jeep tours. Contact lens wearers may want to switch to glasses on jeep tours. While out on the tour vehicle please watch your step and feel free to ask the driver for assistance. Suggested Supplies for Photo Shoots:. • Extra Camera Lens(es) • Lens cleaning brush, tissues or cloth • Tripod • Cable release or remote shutter release • Camera Manual • Please make sure your camera battery is fully charged and you have plenty of room on your camera card to hold a lot of photos. If possible bring an extra battery and camera card(s). • Water, power bar or small snack • Something to take notes with • Wear hiking boots or comfortable walking shoes. Bring layers of clothing, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses. Payments, Cancellation Policy and Refunds: A 25% fee will be charged for cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled date(s). There are no refunds given for cancellations made after 30 days prior to classes, workshops, tours, photo shoot date(s) or other ordered goods and services. All cancellation requests must be in writing and received either by email, US mail or fax. No refunds will be given after tours, classes, workshops, portfolio reviews, photo shoots, post-processing, printing, matting, framimg or other services have been rendered. Susie Reed Photos reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any photo shoots, classes, workshops and jeep tours due to weather, unsafe circumstances, National Forest Service requests or other unforeseen circumstances. Susie Reed Photos also reserves the right to cancel any class, workshop or jeep tour if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In the event a class, workshop or jeep tour is cancelled and cannot be reschedule to a later date participants will receive a full refund, which they acknowledge as a full and final settlement. Susie Reed Photos accepts no responsibility for losses or any additional expense incurred such as airfare or accommodations due to delay or changes in the services to be provided and therefore recommends the purchase of trip insurance. If deposits are required for tours, workshops, consultations, private instruction, photo shoots, post-processing, proofs, printing, framing or any other services provided by Susie Reed Photos they must be paid in full prior to activities or work commensing. Buyers are responsible for paying all necessary and agreed upon costs for photo shoots and post-processing time and materials, proofs, printing, matting, framing, supplies, shipping, delivery or any other related costs necessary to complete jobs and orders. Loaned Equipment and Materials: In the event that Susie Reed and/or Susie Reed Photos loans equipment or materials to people, including, but not limited to, cameras, filters, batteries, camera cards, flash drives, discs, tripods, lenses, cable releases or photos that get damaged or are not immediately returned, they will be fully responsible for paying all repair or replacement costs at new full value including tax, shipping and all collection and legal fees, if needed. Safety and Liability Information: Participants must have adequate good health to partake in all classes, workshops, jeep tours and/or photo shoots. Some require hiking and degree of physical fitness. All participants are responsible for their safety, equipment and vehicles while attending any Susie Reed and/or Susie Reed Photos classes, workshops, photo shoots, tours and other events and while on public and private lands and elsewhere. They acknowledge they are aware there may be an element of risk associated with driving, hiking and activities undertaken. All participants agree to release hold harmless Susie Reed and Susie Reed Photos for any injuries sustained, damage to vehicles, regardless of who is driving and loss or damage to photography equipment and any other property. Participants may be asked to sign a liability waiver before they can attend classes, workshops or go on jeep tours and/or photo shoots. Please read this liability release form carefully as signing it certifies that said participant is physically fit and capable of participating in indoor activities and outdoor tours and photography exercises in field locations, and is fully and completely aware of any associated risks created by indoor or field locations and weather. Tours are not recommended for pregnant women or persons with back or neck problems or serious injuries. By registering and attending any Susie Reed and/or Susie Reed Photos classes, workshops, photo shoots, tours, events and other activities, participants (or non-participating guests/spouses) agree for himself/herself, his or her heirs, executors or personal representatives, to hereby release and hold harmless Susie Reed and Susie Reed Photos, its employees, partners, elders and assigns, from and against any and all claims for loss or damage to vehicles, equipment, personal injury, accident or death not caused by the negligence of Susie Reed Photos its employees, partners or anyone else acting with authority on behalf of Susie Reed and Susie Reed Photos. Returned check, late and collections fees: A returned check penalty fee of $25 will be charged for checks not cleared due non-sufficient funds or for any other reason. Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 3% monthly finance charge. Buyer shall be responsible for all collection or legal fees necessitated by lateness or default in payment.
